WEBSITE TERMS
Last updated: September 14, 2026.
The information on this website is general and intended to help visitors understand common appliance and air-conditioning symptoms and contact MMA Tech Services. It is not a remote diagnosis, guarantee of repair, emergency service or substitute for manufacturer, utility, building or emergency guidance.
A form submission, phone call, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry and does not by itself confirm an appointment. Visit availability, scope, timing and any applicable charges should be confirmed directly with MMA Tech Services.
Similar symptoms can have different causes. Any recommendation depends on the appliance or system, its condition, access and inspection findings. Do not rely on website descriptions to dismantle, bypass or repair electrical, gas, water or cooling equipment yourself.
Stop using equipment that sparks, smells burnt, overheats, leaks near electricity or presents another immediate hazard. For suspected gas leaks, fire, electrical danger or other emergencies, leave the area when appropriate and follow the emergency procedures of your building, utility provider and local authorities. Website enquiries are not monitored as an emergency channel.
Please provide accurate contact, location and appliance information, reasonable access to the equipment and notice of known safety concerns. Keep children, pets and personal items away from the work area during a visit.
This website may link to maps, WhatsApp or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
We may update these terms when the website or business practices change. Continued use of the site after an update means the current terms apply. Questions may be sent to info@mmatechservices.com or +971 52 903 3087.
